for FS2002, by Francisco Sánchez-Castañer.
Manual/checlist for ATR72-500, by Werner Schott.
---------------------
ATR72-500 version 1 in Iberia Regional / Air Nostrum
colors. Designed by F. Sánchez-Castañer for FS2002
Professional Edition (Works with limited functionality
in standard edition). Includes virtual cockpit, highly
realistic custom panels and gauges with non-standard
functions tailor made to match the real aircraft
systems, custom sounds. Included in this package is also
a manual/checklist by Werner Schott.
INSTALLATION:
You should have a basic idea of the flight simulator
files and folders structure in order to perform the
installation. Remember one thing: if you are prompted to
overwrite a file, don't do it unless you are 100% sure
what you're doing (maybe you made a mistake and are
about to delete your favourite plane, so don't do it).
Unzip the contents of aircraft.zip into your
fs2002\aircraft folder, keeping the original folder
names (use the option "keep folder names"in WinZip).
Extract the contents of gauges.zip into your
fs2002\gauges folder. Overwrite files if asked; this
archive contains some updtes to my previous ATR42- 300
and 500, mainly the autopilot.
IMPORTANT: INSIDE THIS ARCHIVE THERE ARE THRESS CABINET
FILES CONTINING GAUGES (.cab extension may be hidden in
your system). DO NOT DE-COMPRESS THEM!!!
DO NOT EXTRACT THE FILES INSIDE THEM!!!
JUST COPY THE FILE INTO THE GAUGES FOLDER, *****AS
STATED ABOVE******. FS2002 WILL TAKE CARE OF FINDING TEH
BMP AND XML INSIDE IT.
IF YOU DECOMPRESS IT, MOST PROBABLY HALF OF THE GAUGES
WILL BE MISSING IN YOUR PANEL.
Go to the Docs folder, double-click on file "ATR42.htm"
and read it carefully. Aircraft systems and other
details are described there. The gauges, are programmed
to accurately reproduce the real aircraft; please read
carefully the documentation before contacting for help.
If you still have some question, I regularly visit teh
Flight Simulator Forum at Avsim. I highly recommend
visiting this forum. If you still dont get an answer to
your question, my e-mail address is at the end of this
document. Be patient, it might take a long time to get
an answer via e-mail.
Included in this package is a file named manatr725.zip .
This file contains the manual/checklist by Werner
Schott. Unzip the contents of this file to a folder of
you choice. The checklist can be printed for more
realistic simulation.

REPAINTS
If you want to create and distribute a repaint for this
aircraft, please do it as follows:
- Option 1: If you create a textures-only package, you
dont need my permission, the files files made by you are
yours. Just remember to write an aircraft.cfg file
matching the new livery, and to provide a link to my
airchive. Don't forget to identify the files as yours.
- Option 2: If you wish to distribute a full package
aircraft + textures, please note: The docs folder must
remain unchanged, and must be included in the release.
You must include a file called readme.txt with your
name, e-mail address or other contact information, and a
list specifying which files are belonging to my original
release, and which files have been created or modified
by yourself. At the end of this file, write "TEXT OF THE
README FILE FROM THE ORIGINAL AUTHOR:", then copy the
entire text of this file you are reading now, including
my copyright information (of course my copyright
excludes those created by you). Please do not include my
panel in a different aircraft. You must instruct the end
user to contact you in case of problems with the plane;
I will not support any other release than this ATR72-500
EC-HBY in Iberia Regional - Air Nostrum livery. Please
send me a link to your repaint.

737-400 que está
dentro del FS2002 para ponerles las texturas de IBERIA
Default Microsoft
B737-400 repaint IBERIA Textures for FS2002.
By Miguel A. Perez
This is a repaint of the default B737-400 in a IBERIA
livery.
I've made custom night textures too. These texture will
not overwrite any default texture.
How to install:
1.Extract the zip file to the folder: [yourfsdirectory]\aircraft\b_737_400
You will see a new folder called texture.X
Change the X according to the number of texture folders
you have:
For example, by default, in your B737_400 folder you
have:
texture
texture.1
texture.2
TEXTURE.X <- Change the X by 3.
2.Open the \b737_400\aircraft.cfg and add the following
lines:
(Change the X's by the same value that the texture
folder)
FS2002 Iberia DC-3 "Complete Package"
by Jorge 'eko' Salas, Jan Visser, and Samuel Linell
SOME NOTES FROM JORGE
---------------------
This package started out as a simple repaint. Being
originally
from Spain, I wanted to repaint Jan Vissers wonderful
DC-3
in authentic Iberia Airlines livery. The absolutely
gorgeous
DC-3 model by Jan Visser really "raised the bar" for me,
and I
spent hours and hours getting the paint job to be "just
right"
and as professional as possible. I humbly think I was
able
to create one of the best repaints available for Jan's
outstanding model.
I also incorporated the FS2002 MDL fix for Jan's Model
by Paul Pridmore,
which removes the ugly FS2000 baloon lights and adds the
FS2002 lighting.
Engine smoke was also added. (Press "I" for the engine
smoke)
I was going to distribute just the paint job, but then
Samuel
Linell came into the picture and provided a magnificent
bitmap to create
a new DC-3 panel, as well as a layout to work from. I
took his bitmap,
and changed it to add gauge shadows and other elements,
and built a new
panel from scratch using authentic looking gauges. Many
of my own
custom gauges made it into the panel, and this gives it
a nice consistency.
Now that there was a plane and a panel, I needed sounds.
Mike Hambly had
already produced a great set of DC-3 sounds, and I
decided to go with that.
However, I was not able to contact him to secure
permission to distribute
his sound set in this package. Thus, the sounds are
aliased to the Cessna 182.
However, I have made it painfully easy to download his
sound package so you
can install it in this plane, and you SHOULD do this, as
the Cessna sounds
are really just not appropriate for a DC-3. :-) The end
of the INSTALL NOTES
section shows you how to get and install Mike Hambly's
sound package.
So here you have it. A complete DC-3 package with a new
panel, that I think
will give many hours of enjoyment in flight.
INSTALL NOTES
-------------
Many folks like to unzip to a temporary directory and
install planes by hand, and you can
do this with this package as well. However, I have set
up an install zip to automate
this process, and it will place all the files in the
correct folders automatically.
This is the recommended method of installation.
Open the "DC-3-Iberia_Install.zip" file using Winzip,
making sure the “Extract to:”
section points to your FS2002 folder. The default is
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\FS2002
but your installation directory for FS2002 may differ
from this.
Also make sure that under Files the “All files” is
selected and the “Overwrite existing files”
and “Use folder names” boxes are both ticked.
Extract to your FS2002 directory and you are done!
Everything should unzip to the correct places, and you
will find the
aircraft listed under "Douglas" in the sim.
The mooney pro gauge is included for those who have the
standard version
of FS2002, so this package will work with the standard
version as well.
FS2002 pro owners can safely replace this gauge during
extraction,
as I have made no changes to it.
INSTALLATION OF THE SOUND PACKAGE
---------------------------------
After installation, inside the "Sound" folder of the
installed DC-3, there is an
Internet Explorer shortcut which when double clicked
will begin the download
of Mike Hambly's sound package. Simply unzip that
package to a temporary directory,
and move the contents into the "Sound" folder of the
DC-3, replacing the sound.cfg file.
For those of you who use a different browser than IE,
here is the link itself
to get the sound package:
PANEL NOTES
-----------
There is a seperate manual for the panel which I have
created which explains its
operation. It is located inside the "Panel Docs" folder.
PLEASE read this document, as it includes important
information, and
a screenshot detailing all the panel functions.
AIRCRAFT NOTES
-----------
The exterior door opens with the "spoiler" key which is
"/" by default.
When the plane is shutdown, additional model features
are visible
from the external view.
CREDITS
-------
This package would not have been possible without the
talents of these folks.
Jan Visser for the fabulous DC-3 model and textures.
This repaint is based
on the Dutch Dakota DC-3 model. There is no finer DC-3
model than Jan's. Period.
Samuel Linell for the absolutely fantastic panel bitmap.
Samuel has his own
stand-alone DC-3 panel which you may want to have a look
at. Samuels website
is located here: http://sim.2ya.com
Paul Pridmore for his update of the Jan Visser MDL to
use FS2002 lights.
The author of the smoke effect. I do not know who this
is, but I do know that it
is not a standard FS2002 effect.
Any unnamed gauge authors/repainters which I have not
mentioned. Please accept
my apologies for not knowing who you are... but I
appreciate your work and recognize
it here.
This package is the work of Jorge 'eko' Salas, and all
questions regarding it
should be addressed to me. jspx@softhome.net
This package may not be redistributed or modified
without prior consent from
ALL the authors listed in the credits. Each has their
own policy for distribution
and modification, so you must ask all of them.
LA ACTUALIZACIÓN
FS2002 Iberia DC-3
"Complete Package" Update
by Jorge 'eko' Salas, Jan Visser, and Samuel Linell
JUST ONE OF THOSE DAYS - INSTALL NOTES
--------------------------------------
This is a small update that replaces one
of the fuselage textures in the Iberia DC-3
"Complete Package" distribution (ibdc3.zip).
There was a typo on the lettering of the fuselage.
Simply copy the included texture to your aircraft
"texture" folder, replacing the one that is there.
Hello everyone, and thanks for taking the time to
download this plane. This aircraft is my first work with
FSDS. Having the 747 always been my favourite aircraft,
I decided to give it a try. I hope you can enjoy the
results.
INSTALLATION:
As with most other aircraft you download: unzip the file
(using WinZip) to your "Aircraft" folder on FS2000 (make
sure that the "Use folder names" option is marked). Open
FS2000 and you should find the plane in your Aircraft
Menu.
FEATURES:
This plane includes most of the features commonly
available in current models: moving parts (with very
accurate flaps extension position), tilting bogies,
thrust reversers activated by F2 key, a see-through
cockpit with pilots, working landing and navigation
lights, accurate rendition of the fuselage shape,
spinning engine fans. Unfortunately, due to the
extending nose gear I am not able at this time to
include a steering nose wheel when the aircraft is on
ground (If anyone wants to come forward to lend a hand
it would be much appreciated!).
It is in my intentions to release the B-747 series
-100/-200/-300. In the near future all the engine types
will be available. Also, the series -400 and the
proposed 747X and 747XStretch are in short term plans.
CONDITIONS:
You may use and redestribute this package as much as you
like as long as it is offered for free. I can't be held
responsible for any problem arising from the use of this
aircraft. You may repaint this aircraft in any livery
and upload it as long as you give me credit for the
model.
I
would like to thank all the people at the
freeflightdesign.com site for their precious help. They
helped me go through the difficulties I encountered in
the making. I also want to thank Mr. Greg Germann for
letting me use some of his textures. Other parts of the
master texture come from the following excellent works:
PSS 747, MelJet 747-400, Feel Real 747. I thank all the
authors of these products for their work.
For any enquiry, please contact me at the following
e-mail address: federicoveronesi@hotmail.com
That's it, I hope you enjoy flying this plane as much as
I enjoyed making it!
Este es mi primer trabajo de
redibujado de aviones para FS2002. Se trata de un A320
con los colores de Iberia. En las próximas semanas
espero realizar el resto de los aviones que componen la
flota actual de Iberia.
