invites contributions of articles in such fields as linguistics, literature,
critical theory, and history within the English Philology. Manuscript submissions
for both "Special Feature" or "Miscellany" sections, presented in English
between 4,000 and 5,000 words, should conform to the guidelines found in
the latest MLA Style Manual. For a concise guide to using

Style Sheet site, and for further specific instructions on style contact
the RCEI editorial office. Send your contributions as an attachment
to rceing@ull.es and mail three double-spaced,
printed copies with wide margins to RCEI postal address Two short
abstracts (about 100 words) in English and Spanish are required, along
with the key words of the essay in English and Spanish too.
Also RCEI does publish a Notes section, in which submissions should be around 1,800-2,500 words. We also encourage reviews on academic books within English studies discipline, presented in English between 1000 and 1,500 words; documentation should conform to the guidelines for manuscript presentation outlined by the latest MLA Style Manual and the contributor should specify that essay is not being considered elsewhere. Return of manuscripts cannot be expected unless accompanied by a self-addressed envelope and return postage in Spanish stamps or International Reply Coupons. Your cooperation with these guidelines will make the production of RCEI go more quickly and smoothly. Each RCEI issue contains a monographic section devoted to a single topic selected by the editors.
