RCEI Editorial Board
Our Editorial Board includes experts in the subject areas that this magazine focuses on. The main mission of RCEI Editorial Board is to review and to recommend either rejection or publication of submitted manuscripts; or review critically the relevant publication for the purpose of maintaining its high standards; and to maintain close communication with ULL Publications Council. The functions of an editorial board member are as follows: To serve as a manuscript reviewer when asked; to respond in a timely manner to requests for votes, information, and opinions on behalf of the editorial board.  They blind review manuscripts submitted to the journal.  The role of the reviewer for this journal is constructive, particular if the recommendation is not to accept the manuscript.
 
RCEI Advisory Board
 RCEI Advisory Board  helps to create policies which provide direction and support for RCEI program. Our Advisory Board  includes influential university scholars  who can be effective at spreading the word about our publication. Another task is to address a specific organizational need in RCEI. Members of this Board have the dual role of coach and quality assurance officer.
