Pedro Hernández is an associatte professor of la Laguna University (SPAIN) since 1990. Actually he stands with a permanent position as a lecturer in Physics at the Physics department and as the Secretary of the Faculty of Physics on the same University.
He is part of the research group "Grupo de Observación y la Tierra y la Atmósfera (GOTA)". His main interests are focused on the applications of remote Sensing to the atmospheric and Land surface studies, particularly on forest fires modelling using GIS and satellite data.
